I'm getting address not found error when placing my order

For addresses not located by the system, you may use the nearest landmark and put your exact address in the delivery instructions.

How much is the delivery fee and is there a minimum amount to order?

Delivery fees and minimum amount order are calculated based on your delivery address.

Can I place my order in advance?

We highly encourage advance orders. Just place your order in as usual and choose your preferred date and time of delivery / pick up.

Do you have other pick up locations?

By default, our pick up location is at 9 Macopa Barangay St. Peter Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City

For pick-up order placed in the system, please expect a call to confirm your preferred pick up location.

Our other pick up locations are at:

Do you accept credit/debit card payments?

We currently accept Cash On Delivery and BDO Bank Transfers only.

What is your delivery time?

We have a set maximum delivery time depending on your location upon order placement.

Please note that we can deliver it before the committed time depending on traffic and weather conditions.

Delivery time starts once your order has been accepted. You may view the status of your order from the order confirmation email.

How can I check the status of my order?

Upon receipt of your order, you will get an email with the link to check the status of your order.
